On the safety front, there's new equipment too. And the performance package includes an adaptive suspension sourced from the Lexus LC. You can get the appearance package or the performance package. The F-sport is actually now broken into two different packages. Under the car and the suspension bits things have changed a little bit more. Both of those engines get the same horsepower and fuel economy ratings as the previous model year. There's a 3.5 liter V6 that puts out about 295 horsepower, as well as another 3.5 liter V6 paired with two electric motors for the hybrid model. Under the hood, you get the same choice of engines as you did last year. I think it's a big improvement for this Lexus. But everything up front looks a little bit sleeker, more grown up, which is strange to say about a luxury vehicle. That's because the side profile is pretty much the same. Sure, you get some new wheels, but if you see the 20 model next to each other in a parking lot, you might have a hard time telling them apart. It was only redesigned four years ago, so they're not going to mess with success. There are small changes to the front bumper and headlights, as well as the rear bumper, exhaust pipes, but the profile of this car stays the same. Since it's one of Lexus' top selling models, and one of the top selling luxury vehicles in America, they haven't really messed with the formula on this one. We're going to check out what this mid-cycle refresh is all about and see what's new. This is the new 2020 RX 350, the F sport in this particular case. TRAVIS LANGNESS: If you've been in the market for a luxury crossover any time in the last 20 years, you're probably familiar with what's behind me. I can always afford to get a quality paint job several years later if the front end and hood gets chipped up. I just don't draft behind tractor-trailers on the freeway and look far ahead for trouble on the road. After reading all the marketing information about "paint protection film" or "ceramic coatings", I prefer to apply a paste or liquid wax which seems less intimidating to perform. I love having the moonroof and look forward to opening it in cooler weather. All my grocery bags are next to me in a shopping cart when I get to the car. It's simple enough to touch the button on the rear tailgate. Lexus Enform seems useful, but Amazon Alexa Compatible? I am driving a luxury SUV, not a living room! So far, I have not used the kick sensor for the power rear door. I prefer to hold my fob key and start my RX350 the old-fashioned way. I really don't care to start my car using my smartphone. The NuLuxe seats feel so plush and comfortable as I drive. I find the touch pad user friendly, and the standard 8-inch display screen is within easy reach for me to touch (I am 6-foot, 1 inch). I have no problem using either the display screen or the touch pad on my 2022 RX350. I enjoy … the standard 9 speaker Lexus Multimedia System (has a CD player!) Don't believe all that hype about needing to order the Mark Levinson music system, unless you have to drive a concert hall all day long. I did not get the Navigation System option but using Android Auto displays navigation on the standard 8-inch screen. I learned how to operate Android Auto so I can connect my smartphone by USB cable to use Google Maps. Drives smoothly and comfortably no exhaust drone or vibration unlike the earlier review. I bought my RX350 Premium 2 weeks ago, only 42 miles driven so far.
